Take some time out from the busy pace of life to enjoy an hour of relaxation and calm with your growing baby. During our welcoming and supportive sessions you will learn simple but powerful relaxation skills to help you in your pregnancy, birth and beyond. This group course is perfect for meeting and connecting with other like minded mums to be, helping you to find your tribe in motherhood! Your £55 covers all 5 sessions and includes refreshments. Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy until birth.
